Second Hand Shotgun Warranty
We understand that our customers may have concerns when buying second hand shotguns and so we back up our products, offering our buyers piece of mind.
We thoroughly inspect & test-fire every pre-owned shotgun we receive and include a straightforward 2-month warranty. This warranty covers any mechanical fault with any used shotgun we have sold within 2 months of purchase.
This warranty does not include:
- any damage, fault or flaw with woodwork. Wood is a natural material which can swell, crack or chip under pressure or over time.
- any damage to barrels or the rib of the gun in any way. Dents, bulges or loss of bluing are not covered.
- the replacement of wearable parts.
If a warranty repair is deemed uneconomical, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and process a refund.
All warranty repairs will be carried out by our designated gunsmith only, with no exceptions. The warranty begins when the gun is back in-store with us.
